I have the $9.95 image hosting plan. Some how the pay asyou go plan was added to my account. Now I can't find my listings closed, active, or pending.
Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
The Pay as you Go Sales Manager plan would be the one you would use if you wanted to view your Active Pending and Closed listings here in Vendio.
If you didn't actually list anything FROM the Sales Manager, then that plan costs nothing at all to have active.
It looks like you called the Sales department yesterday and requested that they remove the Pay as you Go plan for the Sales Manager from your account, which is why you now do not have access to viewing your Active Pending and Closed listings here in Vendio via the Sales Manager page.
If you would like to enable the Sales Manager Pay as you Go plan again so you can go back to viewing your items from here, please let us know.
