neglus	posted on March 5, 2008 01:51:16 PM new I don't know why, but it has been going on long enough (about 6 months) that I can say for certain that it IS happening - when I relist items, the payment instructions that should appear on the Ebay invoice completely disappear! (the box is blank) This doesn't happen with new listings or my older store listings - can you check on why this is happening and fix it? At this point it appears to happen with relists only. It does seem that we are correctly sending the information over to eBay for the problem listings, which would suggest a problem on eBay's end. However, our engineers are continuing to investigate the problem, as we do not yet know for sure what is causing the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
