I received some sort of Internal Error message when trying to access Post Sale Mgmt. The page would never load (has been extrememly slow all day); then finally the error message came up. Didn't take time to write it down; thought it was just another problem related to slowness. Tried again to access Post Sale Mgmt for the purpose of changing the text in my Payment Received email. Was finally able to get to the page, but it seems that all my emails have reverted back to the default text. I guess it's the default text; it's certainly not MY text. Do I have to redo all the emails from scratch? Or is there any way to get MY emails back again?
