I am trying to relist items to my store and when I edit it takes a LONG time for the screen to come up and then the following appears in red: "Internal error. Cannot get Custom Items Specifics information.
Please try again later."
I save the item and try again - same deal. Very frustrating!

This slowness is INSANE!It takes 15 seconds from when I click "edit" for the screen to appear - and then there are no Item Specifics so then I make format changes and save, have to click when i get warning that there are no CIS - DUH!

Ok, take a deep breath, and exhale... = )
Now, can you provide me with some example store items that you are attempting to relist where you are seeing this error? What changes are you making exactly when you experience this? So far, I'm unable to replicate the CIS error you are reporting.

LOL ed - freaked me out when you signed in as me!
It's over now - I was just doing my routine of moving some old unsolds to my store. I search "unsold", find the item, check it to relist, then click on the "edit" button and then listing page comes up. I usually just change the format from auction to Store (and the price) and sometimes tweak the title. I add item specifics (right now I have a back log of about 1000 items to move so I am not spending a lot of time on CIS) and then "Save" and then launch.
But as I said, it's over now - when it didn't work, I would get a long delay after hitting the "edit button" and then the listing form would come up without the CIS (with that error message in red). I went ahead and changed the format and price and saved (and clicked on ok when the warning came up about no CIS). A couple of times I tried to edit again but CIS wasn't there so I decided to just keep listing without them.
I never know if I should post about a problem when I first become aware of it or wait until I am truly CRAZY about it

hahah....I was logged into your account trying to figure out what happened and posted as you!
I'm glad that it's resolved for you. I'm forwarding on your experience to our engineers regardless to find out where that error was coming from. I did see an error similar to this when the CIS was first implemented, however this was corrected.
