We are sorry to hear that you and dragonflyluxurygoods are still having on and off problems with viewing your images via the Charter Communications ISP.
Try doing this: GO TO >START >SETTINGS >NETWORK CONNECTIONS
In the NETWORK CONNECTIONS window, right+click your connection and click 'REPAIR'.
When finished try accessing your images again and let us know if the problem persists.

Hello again,
Note we were able to finally reach a tech at Charter and they are apparently working on trying to correct the DNS issues that is causing this problem for you two.
When we have more information available we will post back. Please touch base and let us know if this problem persists.

Hi as of 4:15pm today the problem still exists.
Even though you have contacted Charter, surely Vendio and Charter must combine the technical knowledge to prevent this from happening again.
This seems to be a combined Vendio/Charter problem.
And as you know this has happened a few time before in the past 12 months.
It has now been days since I have been able to see my images except for a few hours.
I can't continue to work like this. It is as dragonflyluxurygoods states- extremely frustrating!- and I have to find another avenue to continue working.
