The option your looking for is the 'eBay shipping and payment details'. You will want to turn that option on, so eBay puts your shipping costs on the search pages.
You can set this as a default for newly created items by going to the My Account page and editing your eBay Site Specifics.
For existing inventory or older items, you would need to edit them to enable this setting prior to resubmitting.
