Hello all - I am seeing a lot of threads relating to this issue but some stating it's been resolved? I am just now getting this error message being returned from eBay when I look at my eBay preview. --
error [03/30/08 17:42:18] [account_id=339] Could not get gallery preferences from db.
How will this affect my auctions? When will this be resolved? Will they launch? Am I wasting my time trying to launch anything at all?? Thanks for any replies.
We are aware of the problem you are reporting, and it has been escalated to our engineering group. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
In the meantime, you should be able to successfully launch the listings correctly, despite the error.
