I don't use Vendio Checkout, so I don't want my buyers confused by seeing links to it in the WBN & reminder emails etc.

How can I turn off that link?

Hello,

You can turn off the WBN's themselves if you prefer, but if you still want the WBN to be sent and just disable the link to the checkout - go to your Post Sale Management page (here) and uncheck the box labeled 'Check here to include a link to Vendio Checkout in your Winning Bidder Notification messages.'

Interesting, two different answers from Nathan & Christopher. (and why doesn't Nathan's reply show up in the thread??)

I currently have the "include link" check box in Post-sale Management UNCHECKED.

What I see in post-sale is:
Preview WBN has a checkbox that lets me include a link to Vendio checkout.
Preview WBN reminder doesn't give me that choice (and doesn't obey the psm checkbox)

So it doesn't seem consistent to me.

I want to manually send reminders, but need to eliminate that link.

Any way to do that???

Sorry for the confusion. The answer that Chris provided is correct. Were these listings launched before or after you unchecked the box for 'Check here to include a link to Vendio Checkout in your Winning Bidder Notification messages' in the Post Sale Management page preferences?

After (I unchecked that box months ago).

Look at any of my closed auctions and you'll see what I mean.
Take a look at what shows for "preview WBN" and also "Preview WBN reminder"

Thank you for the information. I do see the problem, and I have escalated it to our engineering group.

In the meantime, to work around the problem, please try resending the WBN email instead (you may also edit it prior to resending, if necessary), as it is possible to not include the checkout link in this email.
