Hello,
I took a look at your account, but I was unable to see the problem. Please let us know in more detail exactly what is happening. For example, is this in your active listings, or within your Vendio account? What is a specific example where this is happening? What exactly do you see where you should be able to see your Vendio images?

Am not getting pictures posted to my listings either new or a relist. What is the problem? When can I be back in business?
Pictures frames show up blank when I try to post.

you can go to ebay on my auctions and look its come and go , i see a second complain now it show frames only no pictures and no template , remember it come and go whole morning !!! so you may see it now its no 2:54 PM eastern time there are no pictures and i have as you can see many items finish now !!!

Please do let me know the listing number. I cannot locate any active eBay listings with the title "GERMANY 1915 WW1 Soldier Card MUNSTERLAGER Military to". Please provide a specific listing number that is having this problem. I have been unable to see the problem and I need to know a listing number that has this problem so that I can take a look.

its ALL my listing all !! over 200 remember its comming and going now its ok 3 minutes ago it was not there no pictures and no template only red XXXXX , jack.

The next time this happens, please do provide one specific listing number that has this problems so that I can take a look.

i will do it but its go away after a few minutes so its hard , i use MSN i just change to Fire Fox i dont think so but i hope this is the problem . (never had it before)

I have asked our engineers to take a look. Please do let me know immediately the next time this happens, with an example listing number, as it would help greatly if I could see the problem.
