Every single item I have tried to move to my store this morning has errored out, yet I was able to move items without error until I went to bed very late last night (ie after midnite PDT). When I try to relaunch from the errored part of the Pending Item panel the Item Specifics have disappeared. I have had to redo the Item Specifics and then relaunch. The second launch is sucessful.

Hello,

I was unable to locate any recent errored listings in your pending listings. Are you still having trouble with this? If so, please leave the errored listing in your pending listings and/or let us know the text of the error message.

This happened to me yesterday and I changed from my Mozilla browser to my Explorer browser and stopped having the problem. Maybe just a coincidence, I don't know.

I just tried a couple and looks like it's working now. I was able to launch all of the errored ones from the Pending COntrol Panel so none remain there. THanks

It's not working for me either! SAME error messages & problems I had last week with relistings. I email vendio and they tell me it's because my relistings are too old. Uh...No.... they closed yesterday and today. VERY frustrated

Please note that your problem is likely a different problem from the one that neglus reported. Also note that in my email to you I stated that it was likely the listings were too old, as that is usually why you would receive the error that you reported. Please provide one of the listing numbers that you are trying to relist, so that we can take a closer look. Also note that we have not replied to your most recent email, as we are now addressing your problem here.

I am STILL having this problem when I try & relaunch an auction. And, NO....the listing is NOT old. These are listings that just closed.

There are five auctions sitting in my pending....every time I try & laund them I get the message.....Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for Vendio ID 01awch00000000000979296010XX.

04/11/2008 04:18:00 PM US-Pacific Time Zone

The auction could not be inserted/previewed due to an unanticipated processing error. Please try again later or contact Vendio to provide specific details regarding this error or to obtain assistance.

This has been happening for a week.

And every time I try & relaunch them, I have to totally re-do the item specifics, as they keep disappearing.

Can someone PLEASE figure out what's wrong with Vendio? I STILL CANNOT RELIST MY AUCTIONS. It's STILL coming up in error. My item specifics STILL DISAPPEAR every time I try & relaunch. At this rate I'll be out of business soon. ALL of these are auctions that were fine originally - it's the relists that won't work.

Please do provide the listing number for one of the listing that you are trying to relist, but is giving you the error.

The OLD auction number? one is 360032702943. As you see that one HAS?HAD the item specifics, too.

WHY can't I relaunch it and WHY do the item specifics disappear every time it goes into error?

This is getting ridiculous. I've spent hours trying to relist a few items.

Got my vendio bill today..... not happy paying for a service I can't use...

Since I have all this extra time..... I'm off to check out Auctiva....

Hello,

Thank you for providing the requested information so that we could look into this further for you. We have escalated this to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.

In the meantime, it is possible that you might be able to launch the listings successfully when using a different browser. Please try using Internet Explorer, and let us know if that works as a temporary workaround for you.

I'm STILL waiting for your engineers to fix the problem. I STILL cannot relist through my preferred browser (Mozilla). I'm still losing all of my item specifics when I relist. Only through Explorer can I relist, which I do not use because of all the bugs & problems. Why is Vendio suddenly not compatible with Mozilla?

Hello,

We have escalated this to our engineers, and they are working on the problem. I do not have any update available currently. Please note that while a small number of users are having this problem with Firefox, Vendio is compatible with Firefox and most customers that use Firefox are not having any problems. We will let you know as soon as more information is available.
