there's an error message showing up at the top of the ebay preview page for my vendio created auctions. it reads: error(todays date & time)(acct._id=*****)could not get gallery preferences from db.
i almost didn't notice it. not red or glaring, just quietly there at the very top. What is this? there haven't been any changes in my account that i have made. the gallery photo i selected shows up ok in preview so i don't know if there's really a problem. please help. lots of work to do but don't want to launch in vain. thanks in advance.
We are aware of the problem you are reporting, and it has been escalated to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
In the meantime, you should be able to successfully launch the listing correctly, despite the error.
