I am having a problem when I relist items that have ended in the post sale summary page. For some reason when I go to relist the items, the template has changed from my custom one to the imported listing template and it takes away all the shipping amounts along with all the pictures and everything else. Why does the imported listing template come up for every item that has ended when origionally i set it up to have my custom template?
We'll have to go back and track the source of one of these items to find where it may have been thrown off. Usually the imported listing template only shows up when just that has taken place, an import. It may have been a second chance offer, or an item relisted from eBay, or perhaps we weren't able to track it when it was originally listed and that prompted an import to get it into your system. We'll need to find an example to use to test with further.
The shipping details would be blank, but the imported template should show in the item description field all of the HTML code that made up the original listing, including the Vendio template you had used and the URL/HTML for the images, where if you previewed the page would still look correct.

Most are not second chance offers but are just regular fixed price 7 day auctions that I listed through vendio together on the same day. It seems to go on and off as if certain days or nights when I launch items they dont get picked up.
