Why can't Vendio just show in a condensed form the total dollar amount that was paid to it instead of my having to try to decipher the minuses and credits? I want to be able to go to my account and easily extract a total. What's the big deal?

Hello kasue,
We show you all the line items that comprise your bill so that you will be able to know what we're charging you for. If you want a running total, you can download your statement at any time and run the calculation in Excel. At the end of the month, we do a month-end calculation of the listing/fvfs, overages, plan changes, etc. that happened during your billing cycle, and add the month-forward subscription fees. On the last page of every completed statement you will find the month-forward fees and overage calculations, and at the beginning of every new statement you'll find the charge line item.
