Several years ago I uploaded an image and made a template of it. Is that function still available? Frankly, I don't like most of the templates you offer - they are too cartoony and unprofessional looking. We have been asking for new templates for several years - something with books for example - and get no response.

The ability to upload images to be used with your template is not available with the Sales Manager Pay As You Go plan. You would need to be subscribed to one of the Premium or Power Sales Manager plans. If you would like to switch your Sales Manager plan you may do so by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans".
If you are subscribed to a Premium or Power Sales Manager plan, an image can be uploaded for use with your templates from any section of the edit template screen that gives the option to choose an image. To do this, click the "choose image" link. Then click "Upload Image" at the bottom left of the pop-up screen and follow the steps.

Hi Nathan,
Thanks for your response. I can accept that it is not possible to upload my own templates, but don't feel I got an answer to the second part of my email - specifically, when are we going to get some new, professional looking templates.

Every 6 to 8 months, I too have asked when new templates are coming out. We've been working with the same ones for several years now without ANY new additions. I too wanted a book one (I love the Anadale one!). I do not know how to upload an image to use, and really don't have the time to learn and then try to find something (not unless I can steal the one from Andale), so I rely on you guys to furnish new products.
That is correct, no announcements are currently available as to when, or even IF, new templates would become available.
That isn't to say there won't be new templates this year, as there will, but the upcoming projects/releases that include such things are not close enough to being finalized to jump the gun and announce them.
If you have some book images you want to use in the template workshop and having trouble uploading them, please let us know.
