Well I see that I am not alone with this problem. There is a recent history of this happening to other sellers. And I see the same answers to each of them. Vendio support asks them questions like "what do you see when this happens?". And everyone says "NOTHING, BLANK BOX". What do you not understand. "We need an item number". What for? It the seller is telling you all of his auction pictures and or pictures that should be hosted in vendio are gone, why is it hard to understand what is going on. Its pretty easy to figure it out. THEY ARE GONE!Then support says to the seller after the images finally somehow reappear, "let us know if it happens again". This is not an answer to what happened. It is happening alot to us sellers. We loose bids, listing opportunities, and lots of time waiting for support ot help and indentify the problem, of which they never do. Seller loose money and time, and recieve not form of credit for this either. Here I sit, again, always some tech. problem with vendio. Hopefully, my images will mysteriously reappear. Also, it will be interesting to see how long support takes to address this question or fix it. I doubt they can fix something that they refuse to admit there is a problem. Really tired of the behind the times technology vendio is getting to be known for.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I guess I have no choice but to loose more time and money on this one. I am in NY. It would not surprise me if Vendio suggests for me to move to CA. to fix this problem. Take care.-
I took a look at a few of your listings and I was able to see images in your listings. It seems you are already aware that we need to know a specific listing number that you are having trouble with and exactly what you are seeing where you should be able to see your images. Please provide this information. There are quite a few different reasons that an image might be "gone", and we do need the above information to look into the problem.

16 hours later and you reply. I guess I have to be thankfull for that. As per all the other sellers same image problem as mine. By the time you responded they where back. 13 hours lost time and money, bids etc. No images on any auction or vendio site. Simply put. An item number? Just take your pick from any of my auctions. Like I said, all auctions. Anyways, its too late. They came back and Vendio has no answers as usual. The mystery is alive and well. I am sure it will happen again as history has shown. How about a credit this time????

My images are not showing in my pages either. I am also having a very hard time with listing auctions, slowness, and IE 7 keeps freezing up or not loading the pages at all(emptied temps and cache too). Please fix these problems. Thanks, Mnk.
Please provide a specific listing number where you are having this problem and let us know exactly what you are seeing where you should be able to see your images. Also, do you have this same problem when you use a different browser, such as Firefox? Or does it happen regardless of the browser?

Nathan, I can't see any of my images in Sales manager period. I don't have Firefox, but I have never had a problem with IE 7 until now. I'm going to try rebooting in a few minutes to see if that will fix it. I went to ebay and looked at the 3 auctions I was able to launch a while ago, and the page just gets stuck and don't show any images either. Let me reboot and I'll be back. Thanks Nathan, Mnk.

Hello Beth,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer? If you have, and that did not help, the next time this happens please do the following:
On Windows: Go to Start -> Run. Type the following command in in the 'Open' box: cmd
A black command window should open. In the command window, type:
tracert www.vendio.com
The output of the traceroute will show the path between your system and Vendio. To copy the text from that command window, highlight the text with your mouse then position your pointer into the title bar of the command window and click on the *right* mouse button, then click on 'Edit->Copy'. If you cannot highlight the text, right click with your mouse in the command window and select 'select all', then use ctrl-c to copy the selected text to your clipboard.
