Hi-
I don't know why I am getting the following error reading when trying to launch to ebay store-

Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50023" are not allowable for this site.

My zip code is 44035 so I don't know what this means-

Hello Annette,

The reason you are receiving this error is because you have selected international shipping carriers, but you have not selected any international ship-to locations. Please edit the listing and scroll down to the "Ship-To Locations" section. Then select at least one international ship-to location. You should then be able to launch without error. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
