I just had four items with winning bids by one bidder. When I looked at the post sale ONE of the four had a little triangle with a $ signs and said: "Payment under review, do not ship till cleared."
But this does not make sense to me, as payment had not yet been made and only one of four items with the same bidder had this message.
BTW, I had to combine all the items for billing, and the icon did not return.

It is difficult to look into as the items have already been combined. I would recommend double checking your PayPal account to make sure that you did not receive a payment for one of the items. If you run into this problem again, please let us know the listing number (prior to combining) so that we can take a look.
