I offer $3.00 shipping for the first item and then $1.00 each item there after. i can't get Vendio's checkout to establish this. It's just telling them $3.00 even if they buy 30 auctions. I need to fix this. I put in the $2.00 discount and I did everything I can see I should do, enabled the shopping cart. I don't know what is wrong. Please help. Thanks...
I checked this order, but the buyer has not yet entered the shipping address. I will need to enter the shipping address in order to proceed to the shipping options section to see the problem. Please provide us with the buyer's name and shipping address. It would be best to do this through email (rather than in a public forum). Please send us this information to [email protected] and reference the URL for this message board post. Or, better yet, go to "Contact Us" --> "Email" --> "Contact Support" (within your Vendio account) and send the message in that way.
Yes. I need to enter his address into the checkout (this buyer has not yet checked out), in order to get to the shipping section -- where I should be able to see the problem. If you would prefer, I can enter some random information into this section instead, but then you will need to remember to edit it and enter the correct shipping information.
I entered a fake address for this order, and it calculated the order with $3.00 for shipping plus a $27.00 shipping markup. It appears that this order was edited to "Use the following shipping and handling settings for the entire order". The information entered was $3.00 for shipping and $27.00 for a shipping markup.
I edited the order in your Vendio post-sale to use the individual shipping charges for each item, and then it was calculated corrected ($3.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each of the 24 additional items -- for a total of $27.00).
