Hello Jack,
Your items are specifying shipping costs, but not specifically for the eBay checkout.
There is a box you can check or uncheck labeled 'I am specifying eBay shipping and payment details' or 'I am not specifying eBay shipping and payment details.'
You will want to edit your items before you list again to check the box indicating that you are specifying eBay shipping and payment details.
Be sure to do an eBay preview for the first item you setup this way to be sure the shipping settings you have in place will work with eBay checkout.
