I noticed today when I went to revise an item that the box "apply my flat shipping rule" was unchecked in both domestic and international shipping. It hasn't always been this way.
Duer posted on the EO board that she was having similar problems and that ebay and Vendio were blaming each other.
I can state definitively that SOMETHING has changed in the way that data is sent to ebay from Vendio and has changed the way our listings display.
This is the way the Ebay listing USED to look (showing a shipping discount) at top of listing and "Free Shipping additional items" at the bottom:
This is the way the eBay listing looks NOW (not showing shipping discount at top and free shipping at bottom):
SOMETHING has changed - not sure when it happened but we need to get it fixed ASAP! Items do not combine when buyers try to check out AND we are at a competitive disadvantage when buyers see this.

This item ended August 6th and does not show a shipping discount at the top and free shipping at the bottom:

I hope it is fixed soon. I have had to list directly through eBay this week - first time in 9 years. It is easier than listing and then revising one by one.
Very aggravated.
Hope those engineers get it fixed.

Is there an update to this? I need to move many items to my eBay store but hesitate to do so unless this is fixed. I think listings with shipping discounts are favored in BM search.
Will Vendio do a bulk revision of all of our listings that have been incorrectly launched because of this error? There is no way to edit the shipping discount using eBay's Sales Manager.

In my 5th day of listing and then revising.
Three emails to VD and three very nice replies .. they are working on it and giving it high priority.
I listed some directly through eBay but much prefer using VD.

As it turns out it is an error with the eBay API, and the eBay engineers are working on it as we speak. They posted an update to their partner services (API subscribers) earlier today that this is currently being addressed and we are hoping to see a fix soon.

Chris , I call eBay again today, the person I talked with knew nothing about any problem.
It is into the the third week. I love VD,been here since 1999. but I have to manually revise each and every auction so that the combine S/H shows.That is the only way I can list and get the S/H to combine and the (discount available) to show. IT worked perfectly until almost 3 weeks ago -- then it just stop working through VD.
If I list directly through eBay it magically works. I ask the person I talk with today, if it was because I listed through a third party.I was told every listings is very important to eBay and this would be looked into -Same song, different singer
I see very little choice- pay y'all for the service and spend an hour a day revising. Or just list direct.
At this point the effect of the bullet is the same no matter who is pulling the trigger.
I truly believe VD is telling the truth about this but that does not help me.

It's driving me crazy too. Everyone else must not be aware of this glitch or they would be screaming too. Any chance you guys can put some pressure on eBay to get this fixed? Someone posted on the Stores board that eBay's turblister had the same glitch.

I just had a 30 minute telephone conservation with my eBay account manager.
I know what I have to do,I really hate it but need to get back in the groove.
I simply cannot spend an hour a day revising listings.

Hello,
Did you have items post from Vendio recently with shipping discounts, where eBay didn't mark them as 'discount available' at the top of the page as they had been doing?
They seem to have corrected the API issue in their system, and a test item I posted just a moment ago seems to confirm that.

yep .... I have around 20 to 30 listing to revise, that I listed late late last night.

hit continue
scroll to bottom of that page
and smack summit revisions
off to do my daily revisions

That is odd, as I was able to recreate that listing from my own account and when posted to eBay they show the 'discount available' link next to the shipping cost at the top of the page.
As seen here:
Perhaps eBay hasn't fixed it for everyone yet, but we really haven't heard from anyone else recently on this issue and its possible also that it may be now related to some eBay setting or preference.
When you edit your eBay site preferences, does eBay recognize your default shipping discount information? as seen here:

Hello,
I have asked our customer service manager to check in again with the eBay folks on the status of this error. There are a number of threads in eBays engineer forums on this issue, and while none of them report it corrected, they haven't posted an update in a number of days now and it seems to be working for 'some' users currently.
We will post back with any updates.
For now, be sure to use the eBay bulk reviser when making your changes if needed, rather than editing them one by one. You can find it via your selling page in My eBay, just select the group of effected items and click to 'edit' and you will be able to bulk apply the changes needed.

I think, they think, I am nutz! No it does not work.
As I have said ,at least 10 times-Each auction listed "by me" on VD has to be revised "one by one" to get the combine shipping correct.

Yes, it seems eBay has not completely corrected their error in their API, and we'll keep working to both contact them on this issue and be sure its addressed properly.
I listed a number of items as a test from my own account to eBay, but eBay is actually picking up the discount for some reason. (not helpful to hear im sure, but at least it seems they are getting closer)

Turbolister does not work consistently  .
I am seeing the "discount available" coming through on about every other listing I am launching this morning. I don't understand why some are right and some are wrong. ???? So. if they think it is fixed - IT ISN'T!
These were all launched through Vendio:
Item 370080914733 - shows shipping discount
Item 370080913913 (launched a minute earlier) - does not show shipping discount.

Neglus, I am using the Turbo Lister revision method that you kindly shared. It does not work every time.
I do hope all this will be corrected soon. We need get back to listing and the information shows on the auction without any further work or worry.
VD please keep this problem as unresolved.

Nathan - I saw something interesting today when I tried to change my flat shipping preferences in eBay. I don't remember seeing a "Shipping Profile" before. Perhaps the problem is in the way our items are mapped?:
