Is there a tutorial/manual somewhere regarding how these work or the process? I just realized that I can file them on Vendio and they go through to eBay- COOL!!!
Now how to relist the items. I did not see a relist button on the awaiting payment page. I don't have to go back to the Post sale page to relist do I? I have items that are past the 45 day period and need to be relisted-
Would love to get a tutorial on how the "process" of the backend of the business runs and how to use Vendio to manages it.
Thanks so much- glad to learn I can manage more with Vendio- now what else am I missing?

Just thinking--- Is there a Vendio for Dummies book/tutorial or has anyone written a "How to manage your entire eBay business with Vendio"?
We actually did make a book a while back, but it was almost totally out of date by the time it was available. Things just change too quickly in this industry to really put anything in print.
As for the UPI process, its actually the same as with eBay really. You have to start the process and wait for the buyer to respond, and after 7 days if there is no resolution, you file for the FVF credit.
Once the credit is received, you can trigger the relist for this item from this page.
As for items that are already past the period to file for a credit, just relist them the way you usually would, there is no special process for those items Vs regular relists.
