Hello,
Is there any way to get new or updated text messages into existing listings without manual insertion? These listings are inventory items not yet launched as auctions.

If you have yet to list these items, then changing the custom listing text is all you need to do. The custom listing text in your account is applied at the time you list your items, so as long as its updated prior to your listing of these items they will use your new text.
