I just discovered that items I have sold with Free Shipping (offered with "Markdown Manager" are not coming through as "paid" through PayPal API to my PostSale. I ship from a PayPal download report so it's not as bad as it could have been - I just didn't send notices and feedback and was about to start sending payment reminders when I figured it out.

Hello Neglus,
Just to confirm, this is specifically happening with just items that you sold using free shipping (applied with markdown manager) and no other listings? (are some of them being marked?)
If this persits, any examples you have would be helpful in troubleshooting.

Also, let us know if it was working ok and then stopped, if its an ongoing issue, or if this appears to have been a one-off problem for just a specific item or two.

I checked the listing numbers that you provided, and I am showing that the PayPal payment was applied to the listings. However, I am also showing that step 3 in Vendio (payment received) has not been checked. The reason for this is that for all of the listings numbers that you provided, the PayPal payment was not large enough to cover the full cost of the listing (it is for the cost of the item, but not including the shipping amount). In that case the listing is not considered paid, as there is still money due.
It looks like what happened was that the listings were originally listed with a shipping charge, but later edited to offer free shipping. When you make a change like this on an active eBay listing, the change is not reflected in Vendio. So for the purpose of Vendio checkout and Vendio post-sale management, there is still shipping due for the order.
You may correct this problem for listings that have not yet closed by going to your list of active listings. Then select the listing and click the "SetWBN" button. Select the listing again and click the "EditWBN" button. Then change the shipping cost to $0.00.

I checked your account and I am showing that the PayPal payment has now been applied. Please note that the payment is not always immediately applied to the order (sometimes there is a delay).
