Hi,
I have attempted to change one of my items to free US shipping and $29 Canadian shipping but I receive error message. It asks me to choose at least one shipping option.


SKU: T1012

How do I fix it?

Hello Jack,

If you just want to make US shipping free, don't use the 'free if purchased with BIN' option - as this one is seen as 'calculated.'

Pick a shipping carrier (fixed) and just set the value at $0.00, and eBay will mark it as free shipping automatically.
