This was the first night that I tried using the Shipping calculator. I thought I was doing everything right. I filled out the L x W x H, filled in the lbs. and ounces and picked the carrier ( in this case it was UPS Ground ) I then clicked launch and a second window opened up asking me to fill in the shipping amount. How do I know what the shipping amount is suppose to be ? I thought once I filled in all the proper information it would work correctly. I know my question may sound silly but I would truly appreciate some help from my fellow Vendio users. Thank you, Bill

Did you check off Fixed Rate instead of Calculated Rate on the eBay Shipping and Payment Details section or a Fixed Rate field on one of the Shipping Carrier options?
I have often overlooked the eBay Shipping and Payment Details section when this happens.
