I have received this note on two items that I listed and ended last week.

I listed them normally and did not import them (or anything else weird). Below is one of them:

Note: The following items are unavailable for relist or copy:

$1875 CHLOE Black Silk Button Collar Mini Dress 38 / 6 - imported auction

(was auction number 180284970117)

I cannot relist them and thus will get no free relist. Neither can I click a button to copy them over to pending to list again.

I am just finishing relists / ended items for last week and have three of these "imported" items from three different days.

I cannot relist them, and cannot copy them either...

Again the only thing I did is list these as normal.

Hello,

I do see the error on the item you referenced here. What were the other item numbers that were showing this error message?

We'll need to get this over to the engineering team to dig into further, as there doesn't appear to be any 'known' possible causes or workarounds for this error at this time.

The other two items are :

I believe all three auctions were listed on different days. Nothing was done differently than all the other item I list.

Am I to wait to list / redo them (I think I have to copy everything over to new templates), or wait and see if they can fix them.

This glitch is not my fault. If they cannot fix them, are they refunding them?

Am I going to see more of these when I relist items at the end of the week again?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, unfortunatley there are no updates about these three specific items and why they show as relists at this time and not allowing a relist to be triggered from Vendio.

The only way to relist these 3 items currently would be to do so from eBay, and then track them via the track/import tab along the left side of the Sales Manager page.

Please let us know if you encounter any more of these moving forward.
