I just had 10 items that were listed in 30 day FP Core go missing.

The reason given by ebay CS - when the item is revised, it must be re indexed, which could take up to 24 hrs.

Well, I had to revise the items, because the return policy, though stated and boxes checked, did not take, and I had to add handling time.

Great, just how are we to add handling time to items launched from Vendio, and not have to deal with re indexing?

I am open to suggestions.

Hello,

Currently there is an issue where if you do not accept returns, the box is being ignored. This is being worked on. If you have items setup with returns accepted and the details are being picked up by eBay, please let us know.

As for the handling time, this is not required yet by eBay which is why the items post without an error message. Prior to its requirement by eBay it will be available in Vendio to select.
