Hello Vendio, I am an ebay Seller that offers more than one choice of shipping in my auctions. However, my buyers are telling me they can't change the shipping amount to the one they have chosen when they go to pay thru Paypal. Could you tell me in detail the steps to correct this so that the buyer can put in the amount of shipping they have chosen. I realize that the first shipping amount that I type on your listing form is the one that automatically shows in the search, but I also offer other methods. Need your help please. I already had it set in eBay Seller preferences to allow buyers to alter total and I don't even use Vendio checkout, but do I do something else in my Vendio account (check or uncheck something)?? I don't understand where the problem is stemming from. Vendio or anybody...help me please?? Thankyou.

Unfortunately only one of the blank/custom fields where you put in your own verbage will be picked up by eBay, so in order to offer more than one US shipping option and have that show up not just in the Vendio checkout (and in your item description) but also in the eBay specific checkout area - you would need to use just one of the blank fields and use one of the preformatted carriers listed for the other. (even if in the end you use a different carrier, as long as the type of service and cost are correct.)
