ID I SIGN ON VENDIO THRIUGH EBAY WITH ANOTHER USER ID , WILL VENDIO LIST IN THIS NEW USER ID ?

Hello,

Yes, it doesn't matter what your Vendio username is as long as you have your current eBay ID/token on file - you can then list to that ID.
