One question and one comment --
QUESTION: where is the "freight" option you posted as a new option a few weeks ago? We do a lot of furniture and we've been using the blank shipping options and filling them in. We've been unable to find "Freight" as an option. Where is it please?
COMMENT: The "Free shipping" option isn't working as you noted. Your notice says that if we check the box about "free shipping" on first eBay recognized shipping option, that it will produce a free shipping listing regardless of how much $$ is next to that first shipping option. Actually that doesn't happen. It there is an amount there, that overwrites the "Free" option ... so I had to delete the $$ amount and put in zeroes there to get it to work.
Thanks very much for finally offering these shipping alternatives ... I just need to get them working now!
To select freight, from the main Vendio listing form, scroll down to the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" section (above the "Shipping Carriers" and "eBay Return Policy details" sections). In the drop-down box for domestic shipping, select the "Freight Fixed" option. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
Do you have an example where you had the problem with free shipping, so that we can take a look?

Thanks Nathan -- I don't have an example of this because I manually corrected the problem (but it was a pain in the neck!). I had created several auction listings and copied one into the other (similar items) with no photos, with the idea of putting in the photos later. I had put in a $$ amount for shipping before deciding to use the Free Shipping option. Once I did and checked that box ... I assumed the shipping amount (next to the first shipping item box -- where I had UPS Ground selected) would be overwritten. But it wasn't. It was actually still there on every listing ... luckily I proof read the listing! I went back and manually changed every listing's shipping to a $0.00. You are welcome to look at my pending listings right now (all the listings for silver that are titled in all lower case are the ones I had that problem with), but I'm working on them as we speak (and the titles will be changing) and will be launching in about 1 hour.
Do you mean that you located the problem after the listing was active on eBay, and edited it there (if so, please let us know one of the listing numbers)? Or do you mean that you noticed the problem on preview, and edited the listing before launching it to eBay?

Fortunately I noticed it on the preview ... on all of the listings this problem applied to (there were over a dozen) and corrected it before the auctions launched to eBay.
