I have been trying out the free shipping by checking the box on vendio- free with first supported eBay carrier. Can I put the shipping carrier "free if purchased with BIN" as the first carrier and it will qualify as free shipping with eBay?

Hello Annette,
I would not recommend doing it that way.
If you select "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier" then the first domestic shipping carrier that you enter into the "Shipping Carriers" section will be made free for US buyers.
The "free if purchased with BIN" is meant to be used where you are not charging shipping if they use Buy It Now, but you are charging shipping if it is bought in a different way.
If you were to select "Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier" and enter "free if purchased with BIN" as the first shipping carrier, then your listing would display "free if purchased with BIN", but would give free shipping to everyone.
Also note that "free if purchased with BIN" does not qualify as free shipping with eBay.

GREAT info. Now here is another scenario we use with furniture. We offer free Greyhound service (using the last few shipping options- or the "write in ones" Then we write in USPS parcel post and put in a price-
Would this work with eBay's free Shipping special?
