When I go into my account and click on payment plans I have Manager Standard and image hosting standard. Why 2?? Am I getting charged double??? They say go in there if you want to change payment plan, but then there is no place to do that. I want to drop Manager completely. Just have image hosting at 10 cents with NO FINAL VALUE FEES. How do I get this manager thing off my account??? I have tried to contact AW numerous ways, but NO ONE will respond to me. Customer service seems to be non-existant. Can anyone help???????
We are up to date on email, so we cannot say why you have not heard back from your support request.
As for the payment plans, they are one and the same. The standard plan is the pay as you go plan, for both image hosting or listing. You simply pay for whatever you use.
If you use just the image hosting, via eBay directly or from the image hosting tab, you pay the ten cent image fee.
If however you go to the Sales Manager tab to list your items, you would then, and only then, be charged a listing or final value fee.

Thank you. This was not explained anywhere that I could see. I was using manager tab. Have changed to image hosting tab. Thanks again for answering me.
