a customer clicks a checkout button in an auction which they haven't won. When they enter their email address will it pull up the auctions they have won that are waiting to be checked out (other auctions)?

Hi Dave,
When you click on the checkout button, you are taken to a confirmation page. On that page you will see this:
In order to proceed to checkout, please verify your identity by entering your eBay email address below.
There will be a field there for you to enter in your ebay email address. If you are not the winner and you try to enter your address in, you get this message:
ERROR: Sorry, the email address you entered does not match the winning bidder address. Please try again.
The winner will have to checkout from the auction that they won, as checking out from other auctions hosted by you will not allow them to proceed.
