If a customer does a BIN, then immediately uses checkout from the listing, will a WBN be sent out after he has already checked out?

Yes, it will unless you go to the buyer checkout and fill in the customer's info and then confirm order.
At least this has been my experience!

Hi there,
The checkout form accessed from the auction and the form that is accessed through the WBN are the same. You do not need to go into post-sale and enter any information for your buyer if they use the checkout form properly. Also, I believe that the system is configured so that the WBN will not go out if the buyer fills out the form that is linked to the auction.
If the system is not behaving this way, please let us know - it would be helpful if you would provide specific examples so that we can take a look.
