In most of my inventory items I have down one shipping choice - first class, and in the other option I Leave it as "choose option" and the amount is 0.00. I assumed that was the default. In the auctions it comes up as 0.00 and in the checkout people are choosing 0.00 as their shipping - then they get free shipping. How do I make that go away? Hi Ihula,
I have notified our engineers about your problem, and it will be fixed shortly.
For the existing listings you may edit the WBN while the listings are still active, and uncheck the 'free shipping' option. In order to do so, go to your active panel, select the items (launched from inventory), then click on the SetWBN button. On the next screen, you may edit the WBN individually, and uncheck the shipping carrier which has an amount of $0.00.
