I typed a copyright blurb onto a image in photo shop. That went fine, but when I tried to upload the picture to AW, it wouldn't accept it because apparently the text changed the image to a .PSD file. Can anyone help me?
OR, I wanted to place the Copyright info. directly under the picture, but don't see where I can do that on the listing page. I don't want to have to go back into each auction after it's been launched and revise it with the copyright info. Takes up too much time.

Hi Lisa,
Go back to photoshop and save your image as a .jpg file. If it won't let you, try Save as Copy and then save it as a jpeg file. If you still have trouble I would recommend looking through the Photoshop help guides.
Thank you. That did help, but it created another problem. *Ü* It changed the .jpg on the image to a .JPG with all caps. I was able to go in through ebay and revise two of the 5 auctions that needed changing, but 3 of them have bids and I cannot revise them. I am doing nothing to change the auction itself, just replacing the same exact image with the an identical image that has the copyright blurb on it. Is it possible for you to change the .jpg on those three auctions to .JPG for me? It's only on one of the images in the auction. If you can, I can either leave the auction numbers here or email them to you. Please let me know. These auctions are now without the third image. Thanks.

Hi Lisa,
Unfortunately we can't revise anything that has bids on them. If you can change the setting on your computer to change the case of the jpg to match what is in the auction, and upload that, then you can get around the problem since auctions with bids can't be edited.

Hi Lisa,
Actually there is a way to change the setting. Here are the directions:
1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Folder Options
2. Click the View tab
3. Deselect the option "Hide File Extensions for Known File Types"
4. Click on Apply
You should now see all your images display not only the name, but their extensions as well. Change the lower case .jpg to upper case .JPG, and now upload those images.
After you've done this you can go back in and reselect that option in the Folder Options section if you like.
Thank you so much!! All of your suggestions worked wonderfully and they were easy for this blond to understand. I really appreciate your time. Now I'm having trouble uploading the images and will start a new thread on that.
