I am really loosing my patience here, more than a week ago I talked to a guy named Mike from your company. He said he has the solution for the problem we have with Verisign. He was supposed to switch me from direct sales to authorization with delyaed captures. This was a simple thingto do per his saying. Here we are again more than a week ago, nothing is done, no communication to let me know that you are working on it. Nothing. The on;ly way i can get an response from you guys is this public message board.
Which shows how careless you are because the only way you follow up is to get bitten in a public chat!!!!!!! You really have a problem guys.
Now this is said what can you do for me, because i am aready shopping for something else, unless you fix my problems ASAP, this problem is on since December 30th!!!!!!! More than a month to fix it is totally uaxceptable.
