I've have occassionally had problems with emails that are sent from AW coming back to me with fatal errors. When I send them directly thru my email system they go out fine. I have just had the problem again a couple of days ago, and the email address had an underscore in it. Does AW's email system have trouble with underscores in the address?
Are these WBNs you are referring to? I am not aware of a problem like the one you have outlined. What are some of the ID numbers for auctions where you ran into trouble?

Yes I am talking about WBN's - it seems like I've had problems with other things too(payment received notice, etc), but I don't have any specifics. One of the WBN's that came back with fatal errors was for auction #3111493118 . The same person won 4 auctions that night, and all WBN's came back with errors.

Actually wasn't the one that I gave you an excite.com email address, it seems like I've had this problem mostly with Hotmail and excite.
