You cannot relist a dutch auction, as they do not qualify for relist. You would have to launch the dutch auctions you have as brand new auctions.
If you have auctions that are not dutch and you want to auto relist them, you can set the auto relist during the Create Listing process or you can set it while the auction is live. In order to do this, go to Active Auctions, select the listing, and click on Set Auto Relist. On the following page, you can turn it on or off and set how many times you'd like to have it auto relist.
