I just tried several times to file NPB on one auction and FVF on 2 other auctions but keep getting error messages, the same one each time:
"The Non-Paying Bidder Alert failed to be submitted at the auction site.
The explanation given for the error was:
Could not parse submit reason page
Please try resending the Non-Paying Bidder Alert for this listing."
and
"The Final Value Fee Credit Request failed to be submitted at the auction site.
The explanation given for the error was:
Could not parse submit fvfcr confirmation page
Please try resending the Final Value Fee Credit Request for this listing."
I had just filed for 2 others directly through eBay, but cannot file for these through AW.

I am getting the same response when posting NPB's to Ebay using AW. The system has been working fine until now. Someone has pushed the wrong button again.

I was getting this error last night as well. This is a problem that apparently has been occurring well over 24 hours now.
Sorry for the delay, engineering had already been notified of this issue, and are working on it.
As soon as we have more information available, we will post back to this thread.
We apologize for the inconvenience, while we work to find if this is something on our end, or part of our API connection to eBay. We hope to have a reslution as quickly as possible.

Hi Yah all, Yep I got the same problem still today...cannot file the bidder alert or ebay credit thingy....WCP2000
