Hi there, Something is wrong with our image hosting. We have received emails from potential bidders on our ebay auctions for the last 7 days who claim that our auctions are without images. It seems to be working properly from my computer at work and at home. What could be the reason for this problem? We have used AW for a long time and never had this problem. I am afraid we are losing out on sales and would appreciate attention to this matter.

Hi Nycrugs,
The listings that I previewed all had images on them -- did these bidders tell you what the items were that seemed to have no images? If so please let me know the item ID numbers.

I agree. I had a high ticket auction ending Subday night. about 30 minutes till ending, AND out of the blue 'no image' screen. Needless to say, that I am SURE hurt my auction. Right now I checked my auctions and I have a new ' no image' problem. Along with the very slow loading time lately, I do hope AW corrects these problems soon, so I dont have to switch all my inventories some where else.

Hello,
Each time I have viewed your listings, the images all appear. The last one to load seems to always be the map image you have, which is not hosted on AW. It seems to load up slower than the others so you might want to double check that with your other server.
