Cannot move around on AW. Keep getting error messages, etc.

Nothing is working!
WBN not being sent.
Can't save edits in inventory.
Can't access unsold items.

Any estimate of how long this will be going on?

The system is totally not working. Can't access anything without getting an error message or being taken to the window to sign up for 2 free weeks of AW. This has been on-going since 9 FEB, with increasing problems. Is AW going to compensate their paying customers for not being able to use the system properly for 3 days????? Please, give us an update on where you are at for a fix on this problem.
