The system is totally not working. Can't access anything without getting an error message or being taken to the window to sign up for 2 free weeks of AW. This has been on-going since 9 FEB, with increasing problems. Is AW going to compensate their paying customers for not being able to use the system properly for 3 days????? Please, give us an update on where you are at for a fix on this problem.
