Hello,
I viewed the listings and they are all loading up on my end. Did this recently start happening? Did you change the layout of your auction listings? I see you have a couple other images there hosted on an external site -- it could be the HTML in your auction that is slowing up the loading time. If you go to Image hosting are you able to preview your images?

This recently started happening and I have not changed anything in the html. How can it be that only the images hosted by AW does not appear in the listings? The other images hosted from our own server are one logo (3691b) and one graphic(11588b) and should not be of any significant distraction to the overall download time.
This recently started and again this morning I had a few emails from ebay members who could not bid on our auctions because of this problem.

Hello,
I just posted on the other thread that I do not experience any of the image problems that you have had. I would like to suggest uploading the images hosted on your other server, to AW, and inserting them in the description for a test listing so we can determine once and for all where this slowness is coming from.
Are you having this problem as well or is it just your customers?

Hello nycrugs,
I believe that through a discussion with one of our engineers we have determined that this problem is due to the images being too far to the right of the screen, because of the embedded map image. I would recommend repositioning that image to the bottom of your listings, in order to avoid this situation.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance with this.
