The Create page seems to be working fine, but the drop down menu for choosing placement catagories offers no choices. Simply blanks, anyone got the same thing ?

This means your browser is not currently supporting JavaScript. If it was working before, try simply restarting your browser/machine first.
If you changed your settings, enable your JavaScript again.
If the problem persists, you may need to reload your browser software.

Having same problem in AZ. First I get a message which says that an error has occurred on the page and Do you want to continue? Then when I continue, there are no categories -- just horizontal lines.
