I was wondering why I can not file a NPBA for a fixed price item from my post sale management? If I go directly to Ebay, it states the same form is used for auction and fixed price. Any chance of this being possible in the future?

Hello,
You can file an NPBA through Post Sale. You will see the icons for NPBA and FVFCR in the Awaiting Payment section, to file with eBay. I hope this helps.

Sonya

Actually, no, you can't, for fixed price items. An error message comes up, to the effect that fixed price items may NOT use NPBA. That was the whole point of my question, why is this so?

Sure, the item was #2503868624. FYI, I did file directly thru Ebay for this item, but the error message that I got should still come up thru post sale. And thanks for helping and investigating this. I know y'all get a lot of flak and criticism; I want to say thank you!

Hello,
I see the message now. I will investigate this further, for now, go ahead and leave any NPBAs for Fixed Price items through eBay. Sorry for the trouble!
Unfortunately NPBAs are not supported for Fixed Price items so if you are trying to leave them for any FP items in your account, you will need to do those directly through eBay. If you have other items that are not FP which you are having trouble filing an NPBA for, let me know the item ID numbers so that I can check them out.
