Several days ago I gave you the following message....I know how many requests are made for problems like this and others. How does AW go about prioritizing these types of problems. I am ready to take up the cause for the other many of users who have written about this particular issue, of no ability to change any information on the invoice. Who can I contact to make this an item that acutally gets attention?
Here is the message I sent last week...... It has been quite a long time since I heard that AW was going to look into being able to have some new feature regarding the invoices and being able to show more information on them. We have 1000's of items and the only way for shipping to know what item it is, is for us to put our own internal item number in the subject heading of our ebay auctions. Not only does it look bad, it takes up valuable space in the subject line. If only the invoice printed the sku# that we put into sales manager we could avoid the above mentioned problems. Any updates?
