I have a bunch of inventory items that I want to create which are all closely related to eachother. They are all pretty much the same thing with a different title picture, and slightly different description.

Is there a way how I can create a new inventory item, using another item as the default settings?
Or is there some way to have default settings when I create new inventory items?

If not, this may take a while...

Hello,

The best way to do this is to create your items via the Sales Manager tab, and check the 'save to inventory' box when you save the listing. You can then use the 'profile item' option in inventory to create the initial one, then apply those details to the new items you create from the Sales Manager tab, when you then save them to inventory.

You could actually use the same item over and over then from the pending section, changing any needed details, checking the 'save to inventory' box again and again hitting the save button at the bottom of the page. Each time you hit the save button, it will store another in inventory provided that box is checked.

Hello Jack,

In Pro it is even easier. Just create a inventory item that has only your HTML within it, then you can right-click+copy that item from inventory and use the copy to create your new auction from.

Each time you need this specific HTML, use that inventory item to create a new blank auction with those details already created.
