I am newly signed up today. I am having "trouble" understanding what is happening when I go in to list my Payment Preferences.

I am going into Global Preferences and checking off for my Payments, C2it, PayPal (with logo) as recommended, BidPay (with logo), Money Orders, & Personal Checks along with Other (Payingfast). I have never taken nor have I checked the Yahoo Paydirect.

I then save these preferences. Then I go into my eBay save preferences and look at a "Preview" of the layout, template, etc.

In the payment section is listed: C2it, Yahoo Paydirect, Money Order, Personal Check, mail. (what the heck, it's missing some and adding others)

There is no PayPal, BidPay, or Other (Payingfast) and I CANNOT get rid of the Yahoo Paydirect!!

It must be something simple I'm missing, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

I have been trying to "correct" this for an hour. HELP!

Thanks for any help!

Hello,

Are you using preview in a pending auction? I checked the preview, in eBay Site Specifics, and it looks to be equal to what you have set as your preferences.

Sonya,

Yes, I was going into the eBay preview to see if things had been entered the way I wanted, only to find them incorrect. You are now seeing what I have entered at this time.

To alleviate my problem I just "unchecked" the box under Auction Listing Options that said "Insert list of payment types accepted in auction listing".

If I have this box checked off, the incorrect items either show up or don't show up depending upon my Payment Types Accepted choices.

I should be able to choose the types of payments I want to show in my auction, but I guess that is not the way it really is.
