when I do an "ebay preview" of my auctions I created tonight but scheduled to list tomorrow night the 25 cent gallery fee was listed instead of the 1 cent. What will I be charged?

Hello,

Even when eBay does a free listing day, it shows the usual fees in the eBay preview. As long as your item lists to eBay during the specified time they run this special, it will be charged accordingly.
