In certain cases, when you file NPB on eBay, they give you FVF credit immediately. Like, when the bidder is NARU or if the transaction was mutually cancelled.
However, when filing through AW, you do not get immediate credit in these cases, you still have to wait 10 days to file FVF. I was just wondering why?

Hello shibamarie,
The NPB refunds are processed within three weeks, (usually sooner), but when filing a NPB refund request with AuctionWatch you do need to submit the backup from your eBay statement as proof that the refund is legitimate. Does that help answer your question?

No, that is not my question. My question is about eBay refunding FVF. When a transaction is filed for NPB by mutual consent or the bidder is NARU, eBay refunds the FVF immediately, not in 10 days. But if I file the NPB through AW to eBay, the eBay FVFs are not refunded immediately for these reasons, I still have to wait 10 days for eBay to refund.
My question is why? How come I still have to wait 10 days for the eBay refund in these cases if I file NPB through Post Sale on AW.
